Questions about one-to-one help
Is the help suitable for beginners?
Yes. Describe what you can already do and what you want to learn. Claudia reviews your request and you agree an appropriate format.
Can I bring my own yarn and a pattern from another brand?
Yes. You do not need to have bought from Wollfisch. Mention the pattern or project in your enquiry. Materials are not included in the price.
Where does the session take place and what should I prepare?
Format and location are agreed personally before confirmation. Have your project, pattern and needles ready. There is no automatic appointment booking.
How is this different from support for a Wollfisch pattern?
An error in a Wollfisch pattern or a download problem is normal support and does not require paid one-to-one help. Paid help is for individual learning and support with your own project.
