Website and hosting

This website is hosted by Vercel. When it is accessed, technical data such as IP address, time, requested address and browser information is processed to deliver and secure the site. Service providers may also process data outside Switzerland.

Your enquiry

When you submit the form, we process your name, email address, product interest and message in order to reply. Delivery to Claudia is handled through Resend. We do not use your details for newsletters or advertising and keep them only as long as needed for the enquiry and legal retention duties.

Spam protection

Cloudflare Turnstile protects the contact form. Cloudflare processes technical connection and browser data including your IP address. The content of your message is not sent to Cloudflare for spam checking.

Optional usage analytics with Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is prepared and, if measurement is enabled, is loaded only after voluntary consent. Without consent, no Analytics requests are sent to Google. Form content, names and email addresses are not sent as Analytics event data.

Your rights

You can ask Claudia for access, correction or deletion of your personal data and withdraw consent for the future. Statutory retention duties remain reserved.

This website enables non-binding enquiries; it does not complete an order. Prices, care and delivery are agreed personally. Product images are AI-enhanced from the original photos.
